Dhelal Alzaitoon Laboratory Supplies & Medical Equipment Trading is one of Iraq's most established names in the distribution of medical and laboratory products. Since 1988, we have served physicians, laboratories, hospitals, and clinics across the country with reliable diagnostic instruments, reagents, and consumables.
We proudly represent leading international companies from Spain, China, the UAE, South Korea, and beyond, operating through nine branches across Iraq, supported by a vast network of authorized agents covering all 19 governorates. Every product we deliver is backed by direct importation from manufacturers, controlled cold-chain logistics, and a technical team that responds within hours.
Our philosophy has always been the same: to be a partner, not a vendor. Iraq does not lack capable physicians or laboratory specialists — it deserves a trustworthy bridge to the world's best medical technology, delivered with the integrity our partners and clients have come to depend on.

1986 – 1991

The journey begins. Building expertise in Iraq's medical sector alongside the world's leading diagnostic companies.
- 1988
Founding of the first office for laboratory supplies in Baghdad — the foundation upon which Dhelal Alzaitoon was built.
- 1989
First exclusive agency: Linear Chemistry of Spain. The starting point of our European partnerships.
- 1991
Official establishment of Dhelal Alzaitoon, and the launch of our first wave of expansion across Iraqi governorates.
1994 – 2001

Dhelal Alzaitoon becomes one of the leading suppliers of laboratory products to the Iraqi market, with a particular focus on private laboratories.
- 1998
Qualitative portfolio expansion with six new agencies from China, the United States, Italy, and Germany — Acon (rapid tests), Cito (plastics & glass), LP (Italy), Stanbio (chemistry), Biocheck (ELISA), and Slamed (micropipettes).
- 2001
Geographic expansion with new branches across Iraq, and team growth to over 42 employees.
2006 – 2012

Six new exclusive agencies: BioSystems (Spain), Infopia (Korea), FL Plastic (Italy), Rayto (China), Monobind (USA), and DRG (Germany) — a qualitative expansion across the product spectrum.
- 2010
Establishment of the Dhelal Alzaitoon branch in the Kurdistan region, strengthening our nationwide coverage.

New specialized agencies: Allmedics (glucose meters — Korea), Acssor (blood pressure devices — UK), URIT (China), Gemmy (Taiwan), Diagast (blood diagnostics — France), Novel Microscope (China), and Erma (hematology instruments — Japan).

A leading Korean partner in diabetes care joined the Dhelal Alzaitoon family, strengthening our delivery of the Asurequan HbA1c analyzer platform.

iSIA Technology of China — specialists in immune diseases and hormones — joined our partner network.

Launch of Alzaytoon Care — a dedicated division providing medical supplies to healthcare institutions and patients through a digital application with delivery service.
